  • If paying by check, why is online registration/renewal necessary?

    The NHAAO is centralizing its membership data to better serve its members and improve workflow efficiency behind the scenes. As a volunteer-run organization, this is a necessary step given the increasing online presence we maintain.

  • Is credit card payment safe?

    The NHAAO utilizes Stripe for its online transactions. Stripe.com serves as a secure and dependable payment gateway, incorporating robust security protocols, advanced features, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Although no system can guarantee complete immunity against hacking or fraud, Stripe's dedication to security, compliance, and customer satisfaction establishes it as a trustworthy choice for processing online payments.

  • Why is credit card payment slightly higher than payment by check?

    As with all credit card services, there is a 3% fee plus $0.29 per transaction. The actual charge may vary slightly from the cost listed.

  • How will I know my membership registration/renewal was received by the NHAAO?

    A receipt will be sent automatically to the email address used to purchase member registration/renewal(s).

  • I need to renew membership(s) and don’t have the invoice(s). Can I still pay without the invoice?
    Payment can be made without an NHAAO invoice, assuming the type and quanity of membership renewals are known. To obtain an invoice, please contact the NHAAO: info@nhaao.org
